The company distributes by means of a fleet of 5 mini-vans from the main
warehouse to regional centres by a sales force of 5:

- Zahle (Beka'a Valley)

Tripoli (North Lebanon)

Beirut (Greater Beirut area, including Kesrwan and Mount Lebanon)
And are sold by a sales force of 5 Salesmen:
Beirut: 3 Salesmen (Greater Beirut area, including Kesrwan and
Mount Lebanon)

Eastern Greater Beirut Area

Western Greater Beirut Area

Key Accounts
Tripoli (North Lebanon): 1 Salesmen
Saida (South Lebanon) & Zahle (Beka'a Valley): 1 Salesmen
Orders placed by approximately 331 clients are delivered within 48 hours from
the date of invoice.
Our customers include wholesalers, hyper-markets, supermarkets, stationary
stores, gadget and toy shops, Bookshops, Specialized Music & DVD shops, DVD
Rental Shops.
Sales Team:
Our sales team consists of 5 sales people, each handling a different area in
Lebanon.
They are in charge of:

Visiting DVD outlets
- Checking DVD stocks

Selling new released DVDs
-
Replenishing Sold Vinco Video Titles
-
Visiting clients a minimum of 2 field visits/month
-
Monitoring illegal (pirated) titles and reporting to management to take
necessary action

Monitoring if and when the Zone 2 titles have been released before Zone 1
-
Preparing comparison reports between Vinco Video Sales as well as those of the
competition.
Each Salesman visits their accounts on a weekly basis and for major key
accounts on a bi-weekly basis.
