The company distributes by means of a fleet of 5 mini-vans from the main
warehouse to regional centres where they are sold and distributed.
Distribution Channels and Trade Structure

Distribution: should cover on very regular basis (at least 1/week) all the
national territory through the establishment of a regional warehouses and
distribution centers.

Trade: Good relationship with Trade and especially Major Key Accounts

Sales force: A young & motivated sales force passionate about the brands.

Portfolio: A strong and imposing Library that could be used as a bargaining
card for the introduction of new Titles as well as preferential in-store
displays and merchandising.
